About THE FOUNDER
Anthony Horvath
My name is Tony Horvath M.S. and I am the owner and lead safety strategist of Safety Kaizen. I am Veteran of the United States Air Force. I was born, raised, and reside in Youngstown, OH. I hold a Bachelor of Science in criminal justice from Park University and a Master of Science in Safety, Security, & Emergency Management from Eastern Kentucky University. I have worked in military aviation and explosives, commercial nuclear power, steel and aluminum, rubber, oil, and manufacturing, logistics, and service sectors. I believe that safety is a dual bottom line function that identifies process deficiencies to improve the business while also serving to protect those who create value every day- your employees.
